Castle of Air
I want my Kingdom in the cloudsHidden tunnelsGlowing shroudsAll the people soon may dieIn the clouds I wish to lieRabbit chews a dandelionFamiliars, ancient hags rely onSo to rest these creatures goFrom the clouds the breezes flowTrickle down you sleepy headSprinkle down into your bedDreamy sparks Rabbit hairSo the clouds become my lairSing of rainPainShameRiding crests of liquid gamesThe hag spits bloodVery crudeStill the clouds will change my mood

The Origin Story: This poem was taken from one of my art pads. Back in my Lost years when I was a teenager I spent a lot of time drawing and writing poetry, usually within the same medium. Some of these poems will be published here and defined as part of the "Lost" years.
